1. Pre-release nature
Clinical Confidence is currently in Private Alpha. Access is by invitation only and the platform is provided for early evaluation and feedback, not as a fully released commercial service.
2. Instability and defects
Alpha software may contain defects, incomplete features and unexpected behaviour. Data loss, downtime or breaking changes may occur as we iterate the platform.
3. Feedback expectations
By participating you agree to share honest, good-faith feedback about your experience. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that feedback to improve the platform. Feedback will not be attributed publicly without your consent.
4. Confidentiality of unreleased features
Screens, workflows, roadmap items and other unreleased material shared with you during the Alpha are confidential. Please do not publish screenshots or descriptions of unreleased features without prior written permission.
5. No reliance for critical decisions
The Alpha service must not be relied on as the sole system of record for regulatory submissions, credentialling, employment evidence or clinical decisions. Maintain your existing professional record-keeping arrangements in parallel.
6. Data minimisation
Upload only what is required to evaluate the platform. Do not upload identifiable patient information or sensitive third-party data that is not necessary for your own professional record.
7. Account and invitation rules
Alpha invitations are personal and are issued to a named professional. Invitations are not transferable. You may not create additional accounts to bypass invitation limits.
8. Suspension or withdrawal
We may suspend or withdraw Alpha access at any time — for example, to protect the platform, to respond to misuse, or as the Alpha capacity, cohort or scope changes.
9. Ongoing changes
Features, pricing intentions, terms and this acknowledgement may change during the Alpha. Material changes will be surfaced in the product and reflected in an updated version of this page.
