    Clearer privacy information

    • Our Promise now explains that AI features can send limited information to an external provider overseas, with a direct link to the AI Transparency Centre.
    • We removed an unconditional sharing and model-training assurance because provider retention and training settings have not yet been independently verified. This wording correction does not change how the product processes information.
  2. Private alphaJuly 2026

    AI-assisted import review

    • Invited testers can generate an AI draft suggestion for each file they add to the import review queue.
    • AI receives only the extracted text of a file you choose to review. Original files stay in your private workspace.
    • AI suggestions and your professional edits are kept separate, so the source facts stay distinct from AI inference.
    • Every decision you make on a suggestion — accept, reject, defer or handle manually — is recorded for your own audit trail. AI assists. Professionals decide.
    • Nothing is added to your CPD, Evidence, Document or Portfolio surfaces without an explicit save action from you.

    Bring Everything upload

    • Invited testers can upload professional-development files into a private import review queue at /app/import-everything.
    • A short consent step and an honest supported-file summary are shown before anything is uploaded.
    • Uploaded files never become CPD, Evidence, Document or Portfolio records without your explicit review.

    • Evidence can be linked to CPD entries from the vault or from a CPD form.
    • Your dashboard highlights recently linked evidence and unused documents.
