This page is the current v1 of the Private Alpha Testing Conditions.

1. Invitation-only access

Private Alpha access is personal to you and granted by invitation. Access is bound to the email address the invitation was issued to. You may not share your account or pass your invitation to someone else.

2. The product is unfinished

Clinical Confidence is under active development. Features may change or be withdrawn, and you may encounter defects. Keep your own copies of anything you would be unwilling to re-enter.

3. Do not enter identifiable client information

During the Private Alpha you must not enter identifiable client or patient information. Use test or de-identified information. If QVARI later authorises a specific governed workflow for identifiable information, that will be communicated to you explicitly.

4. You remain the professional

Clinical Confidence assists your professional work. It does not provide clinical or regulatory advice, and it does not certify compliance with any registration or CPD requirement. You remain responsible for your records and for your professional decisions.

5. Feedback and reporting

Please report defects, confusing behaviour and safety concerns through the in-product feedback pathway or by email. Do not publish defects or vulnerabilities publicly — the confidentiality agreement applies.

6. Suspension and withdrawal

QVARI may suspend or end Private Alpha access at any time, including where these conditions or the confidentiality agreement are not followed. You may leave the Private Alpha at any time by telling QVARI.

7. Changes to these conditions

If these conditions are updated in a way that requires your agreement, you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing to use the Private Alpha. Your earlier acceptances remain on record.
